Kurt worked so hard to coordinate everything to assure that we wouldn’t have to close the practice at any point during the process. Every single member of the crew was so respectful of our environment while they were working and with patients coming and going—we needed that. Our project was a fairly complicated job, as it involved both adding on to and remodeling our existing location. There were definitely times that I became frustrated simply due to juggling it all, but no one from Van’s ever got ruffled by it. There were builders who didn’t want to touch our project, but Jeff never questioned our decision to remodel and add on to our existing home. He understood that we loved a lot of things about the old structure, and we just weren’t interested in tearing it down and building from scratch. That really sold us! After we completed that initial project, we decided we wanted to completely remodel one of our bathrooms—and we went right back to Van’s. Living in your home while it’s being remodeled isn’t easy, because there’s just no avoiding some dust and mess, but Van’s crew is so conscious, considerate and unobtrusive.
